The AI Chat Assistant is a persistent, multi-conversation chat interface that lives inside Lawna. You type a question in plain language and it searches through your firm’s data, uploaded documents, linked emails, matters, and returns what it finds. That is it.

It does not generate legal opinions, invent statutes, or speculate beyond what is already in your records. If the answer is not in your data, it will say so.

How it works

Type a question: In plain language, “What did we agree with Acme AB on termination?”
It searches your data: Matters, uploaded documents, and linked emails
You get back what is there: The relevant extract, which document or matter it came from
Persistent chat history: Each conversation is saved, named, and can be resumed or deleted
